Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for purchases made through the Azora: Dream & Insights mobile application (the "App"). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
2. Apple App Store Purchases
Since all transactions are processed through Apple's App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. PL-CON LTD does not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases.
3. How to Request a Refund from Apple
To request a refund for your purchase, follow these steps:
3.1 Through Apple's Website
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase you want to request a refund for
- Click "Report a Problem" next to the item
- Select the reason for your refund request
- Submit your request
3.2 Through Email
You can also contact Apple Support directly at support@apple.com with your purchase details and refund request.
3.3 Through the App Store App
- Open the App Store app on your device
- Tap your profile icon at the top
- Tap "Purchase History"
- Find the purchase and tap "Report a Problem"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to their policies. Generally, refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- The purchase was made accidentally
- The app does not work as described
- You were charged incorrectly
- The purchase was made without your authorization
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used the service
Apple reviews each refund request on a case-by-case basis and has the final decision on whether to grant a refund.
5. Subscription Cancellations
Canceling your subscription does not automatically result in a refund. To cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Azora: Dream & Insights
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
6. Free Trial Cancellations
If you are on a free trial and wish to avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. To cancel:
- Follow the subscription cancellation steps above
- Ensure you cancel before the trial end date shown in your subscription settings
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged, but you may lose access to premium features immediately or at the end of the trial period, depending on Apple's policies.
7. One-Time Purchase Refunds
One-time purchases, such as individual readings (Past Life Reading, Marriage Insights), are also subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests for these purchases should be submitted through the same process outlined in Section 3.
8. Refund Processing Time
If Apple approves your refund request, the refund will be processed according to their timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Store Credit: Immediate
- Other Payment Methods: Varies by method
The exact timing depends on your financial institution and payment method.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been used extensively
- Purchases made more than 90 days ago
- Content that has been fully consumed or used
- Purchases where you violated the Terms of Use
10. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or fraudulently, contact Apple Support immediately. Do not dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company before contacting Apple, as this may result in loss of access to your Apple ID and services.
